State of Ohio Requirements Contract for Language Services

Welcome, Agencies!
On July 1st, 2015 Vocalink was proud to be named the State of Ohio’s Interpreting and Translation Service Provider. Pursuant to Contract No. CSP901416, Vocalink is excited to provide you with the following services:

WELCOME KIT/KICKOFF MEETING
Vocalink is working with the Department of Administrative Services to provide you with a Welcome Kit containing all the information you need to access Vocalink’s services. Additionally, Vocalink will hold a kick-off meeting with the Agency Procurement Officers in conjunction with their meeting on December 7, 2015.

IMMEDIATE NEED?
If you currently need interpreting or translation services, or think you might need service within the next 30 days, we ask that you please download and complete this form and email it to SupportOhio@vocalink.net. This form will give us the basic information we need to set you up in our electronic service portals and accounting system. Your dedicated Language Services Project Manager will then contact you to gather any additional information needed and walk you through accessing and using our services.
