Vocalink was the special guest of South Community Behavioral Health as they honored one of our employees, Kelly Davis. Kelly and the rest of the Vocalink team were recognized for Exemplary Service for supporting South Community Behavioral Health and their staff in obtaining an interpreter. They are very grateful for the level of customer – centric service they receive from Vocalink interpreters and Kelly.

“It’s difficult enough to make a call sometimes to request mental health services. But when there is a language barrier that only compounds the issue – making it even more difficult to get the services needed. Over the past year, we have relied on the assistance of Vocalink for interpretive services to help us communicate with our ever-growing diverse population in the community. We also learned that they provide three-way calls, making it much easier to prepare clients when scheduling intake appointments. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. They are also very much aware of different dialects for specific regions of a country and have always linked the right interpreter for the job at hand. These are a few of the reasons why Kelly Davis and Vocalink deserve to be recognized with a Community Service Award.”
